LVBrown Studio provided vector-based map illustrations for seven Nature Preserve properties managed by LFOLA. The maps are digitally created in vector-based graphic design software to provide the greatest flexibility to scale the final map art for web use, small-format print publications, and poster-sized signage displays at the Preserves.

LVBrown Studios was commissioned by Dane County Parks to develop dedication kiosk signage to celebrate William G. Lunney’s 50 years of continuous service to Dane County parks and open spaces. Lauren conducted personal interviews and outdoor photography sessions with both Bill and his wife Judie, and interviews with Dane County Parks staff. The project involved historic research and sifting through the numerous accomplishments of his Bill’s early years of civic leadership, highlights from his 30 years as Parks Chair, and the couple’s combined efforts in parks volunteerism and philanthropy.

In the Fall of 2015, LVBrown Studios became involved in a multi-year effort led by the Atlantic Salmon Federation (ASF) to modify two dams along the Sheepscot River in the state of Maine. The goal was to restore the natural migration of anadromous fish species alewife, Atlantic salmon, herring and American eel along the Sheepscot river in coastal Maine while celebrating the cultural and historical importance of the dams. LVB provided conceptual site design renderings utilized in town hall meetings to gain community support for the project. In March 2017, after two years of contentious debate, the Town of Alna voted with an overwhelming majority to modify the dam structure.
