Grand Valley Watershed Organizations Infographic Design

Clients: River Network, Grand Valley Outdoor Recreation Coalition, Mesa Conservation District, West Slope Outdoors Alliance | 2025

Infographic depicting the roles and types of projects engaged in by the various watershed groups and initiatives of Colorado’s Grand Valley.

Organizations working on various river, land, and recreational initiatives along the Gunnison and Colorado Rivers surrounding Grand Junction, Colorado, sought LVB’s help in visualizing their work towards a “shared vision for a vibrant and resilient Grand Valley Watershed.”

LVB analyzed a table of the organizations’ missions, roles, and focus areas to develop a custom tree/river diagram using color-coded threads to depict their work across multiple project categories: riparian health, recreation, agriculture, wildlife habitat, fish ecology, and forest health and fuels mitigation. The one-page graphic is designed for outreach with Colorado decision-makers.
